Reflab integrates new CMIS service for MSF International
In the continuos development of the Medecins Sans Frontieres International Intranet, Reflab has just released a CMIS based service.
Reflab has developed an extension of the MSF International Intranet (Tukul), which allows each local intranet to directly publish documents in Tukul. The extension was sponsored by MSF Spain, which has developed a new document management system and wanted to push its main document easily to the International intranet.
The service was developed using the CMIS standard: both a web service and asyncronous (offline) publication via SFTP are available. The integration, initially developed for the Sharepoint document management system developed by MSF-Spain, is now available to all other systems in MSF.
We are very happy to continue working with this independent aid organization that provides medical and humanitarian help in about 63 countries around the world and we are pleased to contribute to the development of another piece of MSF Intranet to improve MSF movement collaboration and sharing.
