Development is the core.

A deep knowledge of the Plone / Zope platform allows us to be aware of and put on best practices in our field, both from the user and the developer perspective.

We design with usability and standard compliance in mind, thinking that web applications should be efficient, possibly easy to learn and satisfactory to work with; this goal is reached making clear technical choices, following guidelines and being able to turn good principles in effective solutions.

Interaction, agility

Design should be based on technology and technology can be improved with people. We make a point in understanding customers needs: we look for cooperation and integration in projects and we care for feedback.

We often make use of Agile development methodologies, from test driven development to eXtreme programming; this approach promotes frequent interaction and feedback between developers and customers.

We usually design together and spend quite a lot of time on use cases analysis, because we want final product to be something that wil be used and produces value; ... and it has to be also a good piece of tech, of course.

Free Software

We develop using maily free software and we release most of our software under a free licence. Working close to the Free Software community is part of our business model and allows us to contribute to Plone development, thus improving the quality of our work and the platform itself.
